So my baby is officially a little girl now! The last thing that has been tying her to a baby to me was the fact that she was not in school, and now she is in pre-k! I have to say I left the school crying today, but I did wait until I got outside! Both of the girls were really excited to start school, Reagan not as much as Audrey just because she knows it is not all fun and games, and she is already dreading doing math:) Audrey woke up before anybody else this morning and went and got dressed and put her backpack on and brought me the stuff to fix her hair, she was ready to go! I cannot believe that she is in school at all and really cannot believe Reagan is in second grade, it makes me sad, and I realize how fast they do grow up and makes me just want to enjoy every minute with them because even though it is really hard sometimes one day really soon I will be wishing for these ages back!
Reagans teacher from last year moved from first to second grade so she is Reagans teacher again, and we are really excited about that because she is great! Reagan is a great kid and does extremely well in school so I am excited to see what this year holds for her!
This is Audreys teachers first year of teaching, but she seems really sweet, and so far we like her. I did feel sorry for her this morning because half of the kids were crying when their parents left (mine was not one of them) Audrey was rushing me out the door telling me to have a good day! As she said she is ready to be a big girl:) Thanks, Mom, Dad, Marla, Misti & Marty for calling and talking to them it made them happy that somebody besides me was excited for them:)
In some ways walking out of their realizing that I had just left my "baby" at school it made me want another one like NOW, and then sometimes we wonder if we want anymore at all, the girls are at such good ages and so much fun now! Who knows if I will ever take another one to their first day of school! I am so blessed to have two beautiful, healthy, smart little girls and I have so much to be thankful for!

I thought about you today... I figured it would be hard for you leaving Audrey. You'll have to give us an update as to how much she still likes school in a few weeks! Hopefully she will like it just as much! The girls both looked adorable for their first day of school!
